Rarely answer the phone. I call other HEB pharmacies if I want help. I think it's the managers fault. Have to have enough people working.
I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone helped me, keep in mind I was the only one when I pulled up. The employee took care of the other lane before me. I'm understanding they're busy, but why not go in order of who arrived first. Rude Update after waiting even longer they couldn't find my profile bc the lady wouldn't listen. I'm moving my family's medications somewhere else.
I came here to drop off a prescription for an ointment. As I handed the lady my prescription paper, another hands her the small box of ointment(my prescription). The lady taking my prescription said it would be 30-40 minutes. It took 1.3 hours. It was ready when I got there, but they made me wait.
I’ve been going here for years now, at first I was pleased with the services but lately I have not been. When you call they take forever to answer and when they finally do answer they try to get you to do everything online. This past week I called in for a refill for my child who has a heart condition. On Monday they said it would be ready Wednesday and I find out Wednesday evening it still needs to be shipped from the warehouse.
Switch from Walgreens pharmacy and have had no issues with insurance, refills, accounts or otherwise.
