Do NOT use this pharmacy. EVERY month the specific medication that I am prescribed (have been getting it here monthly for the last several YEARS) is NEVER in stock anymore and it has been going on a week now of being out of my medication and have been told everyday for a week that it will be there the next day. To no avail, yet again, got the same answer today that "it will be in tomorrow". Claimed that they don't even have a 1 or 2 day supply of said medication either. Heb pharmacy is the best! They have the most kind and caring people who work there. Whatever you need help with they are there or will find the help you need. My medicine is always on time and I love that they will automatically fill your prescription without you calling them in. Thank you to all the employees in the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy this evening with my daughter for her meds, after giving my daughters information There was some technical issues with our insurance but let me tell you about Collin who works in the pharmacy !! He was absolutely amazing and very patient with the whole process and we are very appreciative of him for all he did. He was able to get everything fixed and even made sure we got a refund for the money we paid due to the insurance issues that were fixed.
