Heb pharmacy is the best! They have the most kind and caring people who work there. Whatever you need help with they are there or will find the help you need. My medicine is always on time and I love that they will automatically fill your prescription without you calling them in. Thank you to all the employees in the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy this evening with my daughter for her meds, after giving my daughters information There was some technical issues with our insurance but let me tell you about Collin who works in the pharmacy !! He was absolutely amazing and very patient with the whole process and we are very appreciative of him for all he did. He was able to get everything fixed and even made sure we got a refund for the money we paid due to the insurance issues that were fixed. Best pharmacy experience I have had hands down. Great customer service, I love that when I need to call I can access a human and not have to deal with a phone bot. I get my questions answered quickly and they are so friendly. Keep it up HEB team 😊
