Quick and friendly staff
I've been a customer of the HEB Pharmacy for almost 20 years and I absolutely love and appreciate all of the people who work in the pharmacy. They've helped me through some of my worst pain and illness. They are an amazing crew of people and I wouldn't trade them for the world!! 🤩🤗
I actually called to MAKE SURE my BP prescription was ready and they said it'll be ready by 12pm. OK, great, took a 30 minute break got there at 11:15p, specifically to pick it up... IT WASN'T READY and they had no idea what medication I was talking about! I'll be taking my business elswhere... this pharmacy is completely incompetent!!! Ya'll have one job!!!
