During my visit, Grace loudly asked for and repeated sensitive personal information while assisting me. This was unprofessional, posed a privacy risk, and felt rude. I strongly recommend implementing procedures to ensure sensitive information is handled discreetly.
Subject: Poor Service at H-E-B San Felipe Pharmacy Drive-Thru On Tuesday, 8/13, I visited the drive-thru around 6:00–6:30 PM. I was told I had two prescriptions ready, and when I asked to add another, I was told it would take 20 minutes. I returned an hour later, but a different employee, Vi, said it was not ready and claimed she didn’t know what happened or who helped me earlier.
