HEB was $130 for this prescription. Absolutely unbelievable how much you are charging people to fill their medication’s. Y’all need to do better!
These Pharmacy employees are extremely rude. They don’t listen, They all have attitudes, They really don’t Care about your time. When you call, they pick up the phone and tell you to hold and hang it up. They don’t wait for a response, They don’t say thank you. I get it you’re busy. But so is everyone else and we Still have time to be courteous. I’m done with this pharmacy
This has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited, and honestly, it was almost impressive. The experience was so comically bad it felt like I was trapped in a sitcom. I called ahead and asked how long my prescription would take. They told me 1 hour and 45 minutes. I showed up over 2 hours later, only to be told it would be another 1 hour and 45 minutes. Typical refill turned into a 450.00 screw up. Caused by a wrongfully filled 3 year old prescription. I went to pick up Libre 3 plus sensors, 3 month supply. It wasn't until 2 weeks later when attempting to activate a new sensor that It wouldn't work with the app. They had filled an old Libre 3 prescription instead of the current one. When I called, they said "you signed for them."
Young man Kyle was very kind to me in the produce section. I was lost and looking for a specific item and he pointed me to the right direction with a smile. Thank you for your kindness and doing a great job Kyle. Also has a very warm smile 😊
