When in the other day on my lunch break had had to pick up some zinc and a few other things. I asked the Pharmacist a question about the zinc and he was extremely rude and a bit dismissive. Had a few more things but I will end it here. Not a very noce store experience
I’ve been to this pharmacy several times, and I felt like I had to leave a review because of Aurora! Every time she’s helped me, the experience has been great. She actually takes the time to listen and always has great customer service. She made what can be a stressful pharmacy visit feel so easy, and it’s employees like her that keep me coming back. Thank you, Aurora!
HEB was $130 for this prescription. Absolutely unbelievable how much you are charging people to fill their medication’s. Y’all need to do better!
These Pharmacy employees are extremely rude. They don’t listen, They all have attitudes, They really don’t Care about your time. When you call, they pick up the phone and tell you to hold and hang it up. They don’t wait for a response, They don’t say thank you. I get it you’re busy. But so is everyone else and we Still have time to be courteous. I’m done with this pharmacy
