My family and I have gone to the HEB pharmacy for years and I cannot say enough good things about the team. Always reliable, quick and personable.
Everyone who works here is so nice. They often have crowds. But they treat people with respect and are always looking out for you. That’s what I care about…not how fast the drive thru is.

5 stars all day! I use to get my meds from one of the drugstore chains and their service has deteriorated to the point that my provider recommended HEB. I gave them a try and wow!, wow! wow!, it's like a night and day difference! Whoever is training the staff has done an excellent job! The staff is so friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE that I don't have to ask any questions because they usually have offered the answers already! I had a pregnancy loss and my husband went to pick up the medication I needed for the miscarriage on Valentine's day. When I opened the bag, I found a box of Ferrero chocolates and a red heart drawn with Sharpie on my prescription bottle. I can't express enough the amount of support, solidarity and gratitude I felt with this beautiful gesture. Whoever did this, thank you so much.
