Staff used to be much friendlier. Sometimes they are downright rude.
If I could give this pharmacy zero stars based on this experience, I would. My mother went to this pharmacy because she had been given the WRONG medication and needed to return it. Instead of being treated with concern, patience, or even basic courtesy, she was spoken to in an incredibly rude and condescending manner by an employee she believes was named Soraya, or something similar, with long hair. I want to give a big thank you to Mariana for going above and beyond to help me. She took the time to research and find where my prescription could be filled, showing genuine care and dedication. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and outstanding pharmacist
So i been coming to heb pharmacy for a while . Great customer service everytime that I came. But the last couple of times I came I have an issue with this one lady Ms.Souraya believe that’s how you spell her name. She nevers greets are she will try to double charge me of what the other ladys say in the system .
