while it is nice to have a local HEB, the customer service at this store is lacking. I called in to ask if they carried something I was looking for prior to driving to SA. The lady said the manager right next to her said no. I asked to speak to him quickly to be sure (all the other HEBs have it, but this is a new store) and she kept saying she would transfer me to someone else. MY OPINION IS I THINK THAT HEB STORES ARE WONDERFUL ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT STAY OPEN 24/7.WE GET OUR FOOD AND MEDICINE WHEN WE NEED IT. I WOULD LOVE TO WORK FOR THEM TO BUT IT STILL HASN'T HAPPENED.HEB'S PRICES ARE CHEAT AND THE QUALITY OF THE MEAT IS WONDERFUL. THE EMPLOYEES OF THE HEB'S THAT I HAVE GONE TO THEY ARE NICE, WELL GROOMED ALWAYS GREET YOU WHEN U COME IN THE STORE OR TELL YOU "BYE HAVE A NICE DAY/NIGHT, THANK YOU FOR COMING" WHEN YOU LEAVE. I like the set up of the aisles in this store. It's consistent not like some of the large bulk type stores. They have decent sales & very good customer service dept.

awsome Heb employee in the bakery was able to helpe m find what i needed for my daughters birthday where i couldnt find hanna montanna eadable sheets for the cakes great work heb
