Though it did take a long time to get my aunt’s Rx filled, it was the courteousness that was lacking. There was one lady there, (I don’t remember her name, blonde hair, very patient, very kind and very hard-working). I would give her five stars. The only reason for the two stars is a combination of long wait times, discourteousness & inability to handle the phone line. If the problem is not having enough staff, I feel for the people who are overwhelmed & those in control of that should hire more staff.
I like their customer service
HEB pharmacy is the best ever. They try hard to save you money and the associates are so friendly. I was so satisfied with their service.
I called them six times throughout the day and they refuse to answer the phone. The other HEB has way better customer service
