I like their customer service
HEB pharmacy is the best ever. They try hard to save you money and the associates are so friendly. I was so satisfied with their service.
I called them six times throughout the day and they refuse to answer the phone. The other HEB has way better customer service
My 15 year old asthmatic son was diagnosed with Covid today. He needed a steroid inhaler that costs over $350 that is with insurance….. I expressed that we had to have it no matter what. The lady on the phone found a coupon and the inhaler ended up costing us $169. Much more reasonable and this momma truly appreciates it. Thank you for going above and beyond for our community!
