Phone just rang and rang and nobody answered for 15 minutes. It was 10:30am, people. You can at least answer and put the call on hold. Unacceptable.
Very good service there
I changed medications to be sent through this pharmacy and I have had the worse experience getting my medication. Every month my coupon is not being credited so I have to call back everytime to have it ran manually. Every phone call I have with the pharmacy is a gamble as they just pick up and immediately hang up. This is the worse experience I have ever had with an HEB.
