Never have meds ready when they say they will be
Switched to HEB pharmacy from Walgreens and I couldn’t be happier! They are so efficient here and so much nicer! They always have the prescriptions I need and I never have to wait on them. Carla checked me out this last time I went and she was so sweet and helpful. I am so glad I switched
Muy buen lugar
Been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for many months, called in advance to see if they were in stock and when my doctor sent it over (by the way this has not been an issue since I started using them) they are now currently refusing to fill my medications and have told me that no HEB will fill my prescriptions. And would not give me the prescription number to be transferred, pharmacists play doctor and scrutinize patients who legitimately use the medications that actually need it.
