We switched to this pharmacy due to convenience, as this is usually where we do our grocery shopping. We don’t have any complaints. They refill medications automatically, then send me a text when ready. If I need something urgently, they fill it while I shop. The pharmacist offers to review any new meds with you. They always have lollipops for my kids, as well as offer a variety of fun flavors for the liquid medications. I don’t think any pharmacy is perfect, but we’ve had fewer issues here than Walgreens or CVS.
Horrible staff awareness, completely entered in wrong contact info that my doctor had provided them, the staff over the phone are very non-engaging when it comes to communicating.
Worst pharmacy ever. Dr sends scripts and they don’t fill. Give you the run around. It’s always the Dr.’s offices fault. Run away as fast as you can unless you like not receiving your medication. Trash
