I switched my prescriptions over here when my locally owned independent pharmacy closed. At first the service was great but it’s been a mess for a while. Think it is their system. I’ve an injectable that they never have even tho it’s supposed to be on auto renew. The app shows refills available which are not. All they say is “our system won’t”. Well sorry. It’s my health. Ever since Scott McClelland retired - it’s not my HEB.
The pharmacy TECH (tall blond woman) is extremely rude works the 7 PM shift. I’ve been getting my prescription filled at H-E-B for probably three years now and because my information was out of date and I just moved here. They wouldn’t fill my prescription that I’ve been getting since I was a teenager.
10/12/2025 12 pm. Tech couldn't help. Pharmacist stepped in. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I remained polite, but frustrated. How are you a Pharmacist and completely unaware of medication side effects. It's literally your job to understand pharmaceuticals.
