The pharmacy TECH (tall blond woman) is extremely rude works the 7 PM shift. I’ve been getting my prescription filled at H-E-B for probably three years now and because my information was out of date and I just moved here. They wouldn’t fill my prescription that I’ve been getting since I was a teenager.
10/12/2025 12 pm. Tech couldn't help. Pharmacist stepped in. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I remained polite, but frustrated. How are you a Pharmacist and completely unaware of medication side effects. It's literally your job to understand pharmaceuticals.
I am leaving this review as I am on hold with one of the pharmacy techs who has been working very hard to make sure I can afford my prescription. I live in Baytown off I-10 and the pharmacy is in heb in deer park. I make this drive to this specific heb every month sometimes 3 times a month for the last 6 yrs only for their pharmacy staff! They have NEVER not had my medication or have they ever been rude or condescending towards me and my personal business.
