Today was my last day as a customer at HEB Wimberley Pharmacy. I called and asked why I would be charged $156 for ONE pill when I have insurance. Rebecca said it was because of my “deductible.” I’ve had numerous ridiculous claims from this pharmacy, so I decided to transfer my medication to HEB in Spring Branch. What do you know: my medication was suddenly $70 cheaper. I will NEVER return to this pharmacy!

Recently I have noticed a vast improvements in the delivery of prescriptions. Seems that someone made some changes to improve customer relations. Thank you. Please continue to monitor
Patricia is a horrible employee. She was extremely rude and when I asked for the manager she tried to avoid getting and when Sarah got to the window, while I was talking to Sarah, Patricia was giving horrible whole body attitude over Sarah's shoulder. I then called the manager of the store and reported it to her so hopefully she will reprimand by management. I've been dealing with HEB for 30 years and this is the worst customer service issue I've ever experienced there.
