I politely asked the pharmacist for clarification on why they were unable to get a life saving medication for me at the pharmacy. She was beyond rude. Wouldn’t make eye contact and kept repeating the same unhelpful sentence. I left in shock at how I was treated. I’ve never experienced anything close to that at the Wimberley Pharmacy.

Go to Wimberley Pharmacy. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE.
Visiting Wimberley and went into the local HEB to buy zzquil tablets and there were 2 different types. Because I had no connectivity to google the difference, I asked the pharmacist what the difference was between the 2. She responded - “The ingredients.” I explained that I could read that they had different ingredients, I just needed to understand the DIFFERENCE between the 2 tablets so I would know which one to buy. I can NEVER get through when trying to call. It just keeps ringing for 5 minutes or more. And my order has been incorrect or not ready the last several times I’ve picked it up (after waiting in line forever). Is this HEB just overwhelmed??
