They do not answer the phone! every time I’ve called I’m put on hold then it disconnects. Get someone to answer the phone or I’m going to get all my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy. Also the prescription prices have gone up here.
Unbelievably hostile and incompetent service. I accidentally stood in the wrong queue, the exact same line I always use, and instead of politely informing me or quickly processing my transaction, the employee power-tripped, accused me of cutting, and deliberately forced me to wait an extra 30 minutes out of pure spite. Absolutely passive-aggressive, condescending, and completely unfit for a customer-facing role. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated like dirt for a harmless, honest mistake.
Not sure what's going on but second time to call this week and always put on hold for long times. They need to hire someone to answer the phone only or something if they dont ever answer the phone. I keed my sons medicine and for some reason auto refill is not refilling it and no one answers the phone to get it filled.
