I'd like to say that I am so impressed with EMMA at the Pharmacy!!! She went above and beyond to help me! I ended up getting the card she told me about for that specific medication. This card got me a savings from a mind blowing high cost to a very shockingly low cost for me. I can't thank her enough!!!
Es la primera vez que recojo mis recetas, y hay dos cosas me sorprendió, la primera que las chicas que están en el mostrador soy muy amables, y la segunda el doctor habla español, y te explica las cosas muy bien. After much runaround from other locations, I called the San Marcos location and Ryan went above and beyond to help me with a prescription that was on backorder at my normal HEB location. He took the extra time to call the other location to give them guidance on how to fill it correctly, then called me back to confirm everything was taken care of. He helped set me up with the text and email notifications. THANK YOU RYAN!
