Picked up my kids prescription and was told I needed to pay full price for the medication because they didn’t contact the insurance on time. I pay insurance so I don’t have to pay full price then the pharmacy lady said you don’t have to get but then how would neglect my kid his meds. I changed to a different pharmacy who even delivers for free. They need to do better

I called this morning to update my insurance and refill my prescription and Mary Ella (I’m not sure if I’m spelling it correctly) was so short with me and unnecessarily rude. That’s not how I wanted to start my day. This is the 2nd time she’s been rude when I’ve called. She either doesn’t appreciate her job or hates people.. either way, go to a different pharmacy or get delivery if you want to be treated with respect.
