I have never had such an incredible service experience as I did today. I needed a medication urgently for my son and my usual pharmacy did not stock it. HEB did and they worked with me to get the prescription transferred and filled in less than an hour. I got the vibe that they actually cared about my situation and wanted to help. I’m moving all my prescriptions here as soon as I can. Service exceeded expectations. So grateful.
This is the worst place to have your presence reflected or even filled at. They do not care about you and your health. They look for every reason to not help you and when you ask for a conversation they give you a hard time! We do not know the medicine like the pharmacy and the doctor so why talk to Me that way. I want to know but never went to school for this! You should be ashamed for talking to me this way when I am on my death bed!!!!!

Where can I start with all the great things this HEB Pharmacy location is? I am homebound with serious Neuapathy issues and rely on this Pharmacy to get my medications done correctly and on time. Nobel runs an amazing team, and one of them name Van is so helpful, I ask alot of questions and can get stressed when getting the much needed medications, both Van and Nobel answer my questions and put me at ease. Last the driver that delivers to me, not sure his name is outstanding. Thank you Heb Buffalo Speedway Pharmacy location.
Took my son to urgent care late at night, called HEB pharm right after and asked if it was at all possible to have my son’s prescription ready before they closed— they were amazing and had it ready. The staff was excellent and I so grateful they could help me out in time of need.
