Jewel and staff are absolutely wonderful! They're always so helpful and go above and beyond!
Never help customers at all spent 15 minutes in drive thru to betold my prescriptions werent ready. Ugly attutides some pharmacy clerks need more experience with customer service letting people knw situation is going on. No im not mean i am a tech for 22 years and this service suxs.... and yet no response from heb head quarters to see if there can be any input. Needles to say it's a hit or miss with techs some are great others have attitudes.
I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Ana for taking such good care of me yesterday. She definitely went above and beyond her call of duty.Mucha gracias Ana 👏🏽
