This pharmacy always gets the job done. I love this heb pharmacy, and it’s better than any other in the area; I’ve been to them all. Props to the team who actually care about the patients.
I’ve gone to this pharmacy for the past couple of years and haven’t had any issues until the past few months. I’ve given them grace for several mistakes, but this is getting ridiculous. They won’t tell you that a medication is out of stock until you get your prescription sent in by your provider. I even called the pharmacy the day before my provider sent the prescription, and they didn’t tell me the medication was on back order.
