I had my grand daughter's birthday cake made here, It was not good at all. Very surprisingly my grand daughter did not enjoy it, everything she enjoyed about her birthday except this cake, it was very dry, they said they would use cream cheese icing and they did not, it was some cheap white icing, we all were very disappointed, and will be er order a cake from them again, we like gourmet cakes, not cheap store bought tasting cakes.....go to a mom n pop shop get your money's worth.!!! 👎👎🤮

I am still waiting for someone that where going to call Well on June 13 2022 around 8pm we where about to paid but there was only 3 cashier open with big line so I told my mother let go to the self checkout since we had less then 10 item each one when it was our turn to checkout the lady from heb told has we wouldn't checkout because we had more than 10 item I explain its was my mothers and mine with a rude voice she said we cant checkout and told her again is mines and my mother why is the point of getting to cars and she... read more

I am perhaps Caldwell County's only Disabled Firefighter/ public safety official, and was severely injured from the line of duty. I suffered a terrific exposure illness from exposure to carbon monoxide and toxins and also a brain injury from the exposure which did not injure my brilliance but did cause me to have constant chronic severe pain issues. On Monday I asked Amanda our cashier how can I get sugar free popsicles for my diabetic brother she called Lyzete the manager and she looked other hebs and said the HEB on nogalitos has some. Thanks 👍😊

I’m not sure what is happening to this store, but it is increasingly poorly run. This morning I had to ask for waters to be pulled down as no small size cases were within reach. I asked four times for someone to push the half and half where it could be reached. More brands are being replaced by H‑E‑B brands—no Cracker Barrel cheese. The quality of produce is becoming substandard. Very disappointing!

Pharmacist does not listen, and then told 2 lies to cover up mistake. Would not recommend. Trying to find a way to call and report to HEB pharmacy group.

Starting with management poor skills, cashiers gossiping about bullshit, and not properly bagging your groceries self-checkout you're limited to 10 items only. This store needs a cleanup replacing better employees with better attitudes and not so many kids doing this kind of job. Management stop trying 2 be these kids' friends your management 4 a reason. Customers do yourself a favor shop at Target or Walmart your not limited 2 how many items you check out while self checkout and at Walmart a new self check out where you ca... read more

This pharmacy will not fill a prescription when the doctor calls it in. Says the insurance won't let them fill it. That is not true since I spoke with the doctor and the insurance carrier and was told by them that the pharmacy is overstepping their bounds. So sad that this pharmacy sees fit to "police" medication prescribed by a doctor.
