There is no point of making appointments. They weren't ready for me and then they did a walk in before me after my appointment time.

I have to say, I am beyond disappointed about the service we received today at the pharmacy. this is the first time they refuse to help with something as important as medication that is dire to our child's wellbeing. I requested a refill via mychart on the 22nd and we received a call from heb after that to let us know the meds were ready. my husband went to pick them up today 10/28 and they claimed they didn't have anything. fine, technical issues.
