Recently have issues with prescriptions being canceled without notice, especially ones that require prior authorization. They were very diligent about following up and filling prescriptions in the past however that has significantly changed. I now have to call for them to follow through and fill the prescription. Very disappointing
I went to the Dr. and was prescribed a medicine that I have to have. It's an expensive medicine, I have insurance. He said he had it in stock. I have 1 home paid for in Cypress and reside at another home in Conroe. We'll right by the Dr.'s office I was sent to the HEB right around the corner. And this man was polite but because we were so far away from either home, that I needed to fill it closer, but I was in the HEB system and everything should be fine, and we headed north.
