I have been using this HEB pharmacy for more than 25 years and generally been happy with the level of service I have been receiving. This one star review is due to the bad experience I had yesterday when picking up my medication. The young pharmacy tech, Val, in front counter was talking and asking questions in a very rude manner. Very slow. Not enough counter help. Over aggressive consultations.
This is the worst pharmacy. They are always late, don't fill all prescriptions at the same time, constantly give incorrect information, and once I had to report a pharmacy tech for lying. They don't call with urgent meds, but will non-stop call you for random refills (even when other ones are pending/not ready). The pharmacy techs are often rude - which I sort of understand because everyone is always angry due to the terrible service.
