HEB Wooded Acres Waco ,Alful they could care less about there customers I was one for most of my life moved close to south Valley Mills Dr.needed a med they had but refused to fill and Bellmead did so tell me why they have different rules that's not good ,I would have been really sick for days Thank you Jessica At Bellmead HEB, Wooded Acres is just alful.
I am sympathetic towards customer service workers, but staff here tend to be slightly unpleasant and condescending, even when they’re in the wrong. I called in to make sure my rx was scheduled to be filled, they told me it was due to be filled on the 12th I was confused because I knew I needed it at least a day before that. When I expressed this they said mater of factly “it was picked up last month on the 12th and we refill 2 days early, which is the 12th” and then went silent.
