I stopped by to get a smaller bottle for a prescription that I have filled at HEB before. After being sent to this location from a different one I still cant get a bottle. The first one sent me to the second location because they filled it last. This location won't give me a bottle with my name on it because I didn't fill it here last!!! COME ON, ALL THIS FOR A BOTTLE WITH MY NAME ON IT THAT THEY CLEARLY SEE IN THE SYSTEM!!! There always seems to be a problem when I go to the Tower Pointe location. I wonder why???
Let me tell you and possibly put an end to ANY negative comments about the staff and Pharmacists at HEB. My dealings have been with Pharmacists Jasper and Jamie and their staff of technicians. I’ve lived in different areas of the state of Texas and I have to say the pharmacy in College Station at William Fitch and Hwy 6 is the absolute BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with…bar none. These folks are the most courteous, professional and helpful people I have ever dealt with. God Bless them all.
Picking up medication takes way too long.
All of the reserved parking is ridiculous. If you aren't curb side pick up, handicapped, senior citizen, expectant mother, veteran, or have six toes on your left foot you will park a half mile from the building. Shop somewhere else.
Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Had my prescription moved. Went to receive and they say insurance is on hold because another pharmacy had it on hold fair. When I asked for the price cash they said $400. I called my doctor who sent me a discount for it to be $116 until insurance sorts out. I’m okay with it. I show the code to HEB they say oh we don’t take it, but we will do a one time $156 instead. So in ten minutes you were going to rip me off, then not honor the code given by the doctor. Horrible.
