HEB no longer recognizes PA’s and NP’s prescription authority. So if you see an NP or PA instead of an MD, just find a new pharmacy. Absolute insanity and disrespect. The stress this puts on patients trying to get refills is insane. And this location at least doesn’t inform you of this when you call to refill the prescription. Never understood why this line can take 30 mins when theres 3 people in line, the should tell people that they have to go inside the store to talk with the pharmacist or if they are having issues with payment Hate coming to this pharmacy but its the closest to my house
Love me some HEB! No one compares to our HEB. When we moved back to San Antonio five years ago this was the BEST part.
