Stephanie, the pharmacy manager, helped me out of a real jam. I was using Walgreens and had 4 months of problems. She transferred all my prescriptions today, called me back, and had the one I needed which Walgreens had back ordered thru the month of August ready for me in less than 30 minutes. I called the store mgr. to thank her for being so professional and caring.
These folks are great, courteous, professional every time.
There aren't many pharmacies in Lockhart, but this one is A+, always helpful, friendly, and very professional. They are a much appreciated community asset.
Best Pharmacy in Houston! The Pharmacist and staff at HEB worked tirelessly with my insurance company and doctor's office to insure we had the correct medication that would be covered under our insurance. The staff was gracious and extremely patient, even when I was at my wits end.
I've found this Pharmacy to be very quick and friendly. I moved from CVS because CVS took so long to fill an order, while this HEB Pharmacy gets the order filled within 10-15 minutes.
Best customer service ever! They always remember my name and have my prescriptions ready on time.
