The absolute rudest male tech I have ever experienced. I said “Thank you!” and he says “Yeah.” Not HEB standards AT ALL. He needs to go.

I called to verify is certain medication for PETS was in stock since my closest HEB said they didn’t have it, when I called the lady that answered the phone was just huffing and answering in such a rude way that I couldn’t believe it was an heb employee! She wanted all my info when I clearly said I would like to know if you have this pet medication in stock! I’m in shock with the pharmacy technician answered me never had a bad experience before in HEB until now over the phone
