I have bad news, unfortunately HEB isn’t perfect as I had originally assumed. It’s especially odd as this specific grocery location is so great. It’s my first time at this pharmacy and basically everything they told me changed multiple times. I called and they said medication would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there (40 min later) and they said it wouldn’t be ready for an hour. I really want to like this pharmacy. The rest of the store is amazing and all of the other staff is super friendly. I’m not sure if the pharmacy is understaffed or just don’t like interacting with customers. There is only ever one cashier whether the line is three people long or ten. My biggest complaint is that prescriptions aren’t usually ready until eight to twenty four hours after they’re called in.
