Rebecca is rude, does not care about customers & needs to be retrained. All these changes with the delivery service makes it hard for customers who can’t come in to pick up for various reasons. HEB needs to better the delivery services and find better people who actually care about the customers. This may be your job but this is the customers health & lives.
