I've not had a problem with this pharmacy, they're always friendly and prescriptions have been ready. I used the automated refill function when I called for the first time and unfortunately the prescription was not ready 2 hours after the automated system told me it was supposed to be ready.
HEB Pharmacy is always on top ot it. They are professional, efficient, fast, knowledgeable, and always friendly. No matter how complicated the medication orders are, they always seem to understand what you're needing before you even try to explain. They are consistently refilling prescriptions in a timely manner. They don't just notify you by a phone call, but by text, and through the HEB app. Excellent, consistent communication across the board. Very reliable and dependable.
