This pharmacy has employees with bad attitudes. My Dr will call in my prescription and leave a vm at 1pm and when I get off work at 6pm they sat it never got called in. But they won't check their vm. Or the pharmacist will delete the vm wrote the information down and not tell anyone. So everyone thinks it never got received. Then if you call and complain they are rude and give you a hard time. Honestly I’ve been with this pharmacy for some time now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. This is a solid team and go above and beyond for their customers. With no judgement. I feel safe coming here. That’s the most important thing Is safety. Please don’t ever lose this team. I can’t remember names of every one but they are all memorable. I have memory issues so I see it as a team effort. Love this HEB. Anthony in the pharmacy is always on point. I have to give him his flowers and all the snaps. Today he helped make a... read more
