We switched to HEB after a year or more of troubles with a national pharmacy (which I will not name). It’s been a world of difference working with HEB. As a family with a steady stream of prescriptions, we need a pharmacy that is reliable, has an easy online system, and pickup to be as minimal of a headache as possible. Good management
The pharmacist lady sucks. Just got here from the hospital. Newborn has influenza, I asked if they coupd fill it, they said hmmm probably not send him to Walgreens we are about to close. Walgreens is across town. Thanks for the crapiest answer ever
