We use HEB Pharmacy very regularly and they have been fast, reliable, and accommodating. For a while it was difficult to get my sons medication refilled because there aren’t many newborns on blood pressure medication. But when I explained how meaningful it would be to us if they could carry his medication regularly and that I could assure them they would have at least one customer refilling monthly for the extended foreseeable future, they started keeping it in stock. They wouldn't let me have torodol (a non addictive NSAID) when I broke two ribs. I just had to go without any pain medication despite the broken bones 🤷🇺🇸 They said my doctor was "unreasonable". 6 weeks later they pulled the same crap for my daughter's medicine. Im over them. Twice in less than 2 months is a pattern They'll fill 120 oxycodones per month every month for a patienta entire life but God forbid a doctor prescribes a non-addictive NSAID for a guy with broken bones.
Worst pharmacy… they got prescription from our doctor office a week ago but still they weren’t able to finish. We made couple of attempts so far. Unfortunately we have to argue or make many requests to get the orders..
