I love HEB , this location however has a few bad apples that don't have business working at the cashier's station . I understand the crazy covid scare , but I think this plexiglass thing along with masks has removed all resemblance of hospitality out of the equation and it's more like a trip to the DMV . The checkers I've encountered at this store are militant and rude, I guess I'll be driving a little further to a different HEB or just go across the street to the Walmart .

Awful customer service from cashiers and store managers, specially this days! smh! today I had to choose between buying tampons, pads or panty liners...true story, per policy now you can buy only one feminine care product...I had to walk out and in 2 extra times to purchase them 3 items 🤷♀️🙄🤷♀️ in 3 different transactions🤦♀️ 🥺🤦♀️ which was fine with me but the Manager treated me like crap, so rude! like instigating me to think they don't want people shopping in the store period! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
If you want to completely shut down at 8, then your employees at the door should not let people inside and tell them they have 3 minutes. Trust me we know how to speed shop! while we divided to get the 5 things we needed, a young "manager" walked up to my husband and told him let's go, we leave at 8. So which is it heb? You leave at 8 or close at 8? Your staff was very rude. How does medical staff do their shopping when they don't even get off until 8? This is not the time to be rude to customers. We had our first curbside pickup from HEB today and we are very happy with the service. I love shopping at the Taylor store because staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I can usually find what I’m looking for.
once the store open the lines move quickly and the shelves were stocked. I love my HEB! thank you to the all the employees who work so hard and diligently into providing for us and taking care for their customers
