I had an amazing experience at this H-E-B yesterday. I always enjoy my trips in here, but yesterday the customer service was just beyond excellent. I love this store.
Since I've been shopping here, the employees are very friendly and helpful. No out of date food or bugs in the produce like other close by grocery store. Clean and well stocked with lots of variety. So happy they opened the store! I would like to see 4 self check out kiosks though.
I used to love the orange juice HEB made in the store. But I recently bought expensive orange juice because I love it so much. But I bought some last week that was TERRIBLE. The color looked like lemonade very light in color and just is not the same. I returned my juice for a refund. This is an attempt to voice my opinion and hopefully HEB will investigate and hopefully fix the problem. I really miss my fresh squeezed HEB orange juice sold in the produce department!
