RecommendedWhen shopping at HEB today I left my phone in the cart and drove all the way home before realizing it. I called the store and Alex was super nice and looked to see if anykne turned it in. He then had attendants search for it while I was in route to the store. Parker, an awesome employee, found it for me. When I tried to give him a tip, he wouldn't take my money. I am extremely grateful to both of these gentleman and for HEB for having great employees.
There seems to be a trend of bad management and snarky employees at this store. We have purchased spoiled meat on a few occasions as well as spoiled milk. Not to mention our visit to the store this past Saturday found the egg cooler completely wrecked with multiple employees standing around doing nothing to resolve the issue. Literally cartons flipped over and eggs broken in the racks. Lots of what I think are managers messing with their phones as they chat near the check out. Busy store but always plenty of staff to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile.
