I love H-E-B in general, but y’all need to fix the problems with curbside at the FM1488 Magnolia Market. When I have to return to the store to pick up a dozen items that were left off of my order yet had been charged, it does not make me happy. And to only be offered what was essentially an excuse by the manager, and no consideration for the fact that I had to spend an extra 30 to 45 minutes coming back to the store to retrieve the items is a problem.
Keep up the great work HEB!
I love THIS store. Not only is it HEB but it is ALWAYS clean, the staff is always friendly & helpful AND they look happy! Huge variety, fair prices overall & great location!
Due to back problems I have been using H-E-B’s delivery service lately. I have encountered a number of problems that I had excused as growing pains, but there is no excuse for a cracked lid that clearly has potato salad on it!
Very professional and helpful staff. Prices are great. Stocked with great items not found elsewhere.
Tried the delivery service. Personal shopper gave me items that expired August 2 and substituted items with products not even similar to the original.
