I wanted to thank Augie, manager, at HEB on fm 78 in San Antonio for fixing a problem we had with a liquid laundry detergent pitch from HEB that leaked all over back of our SUV. Thank you Augie! Your store credit covered deductible

I ordered a cake 2 WEEKS AGO!!! I send the picture and everything. My birthday cake was soooooo SIMPLE.. and when I came it wasn't ready and it wasn't my cake. I'm just soo upset. It came out ugly.

Loved my first trip to Cuero H-E-B !! The store is amazing- well organized, well stocked, clean, well staffed and friendly !!!! A nice gentleman even unloaded my items onto the conveyer belt for me !! My only suggestion would be a better selection of wine and more prime beef. I needed top sirloin there was none to be found.

So friendly and helpful! Not living in Cuero, i had to ask several times where items are located! There was always someone there to help...with a pleasant smile and nice manners! Cuero really needed that store! Thanks HEB!
