I used to LOVE HEB, but now I shop at Kroger. Everything in the store is slowly becoming H-E-B brand. I went to buy coffee and even the Keriug cups are Olé HEB brand. Yuck! I've tried the HEB brands and they are NOT better. Get over yourselves! Give your customers what they want! Give us the Name Brands we love and trust. Stop pushing your crummy brand on us! Just look at the tortilla chip isle! All HEB brand!!! I give up.

Very impressed with a young lady named Lauren last night at HEB on Dunlavy and Alabama. She took time to try to help me. Did not rush and had a very personable demeanor. Took about 5 minutes and she politely said to me she was off but would try to assist me. I thought that was pretty special and worth mentioning. Informed manager Jacob of her great customer service.
They packed our bags but forgot a $5 eye pencil. Its paid and on the receipt but not in the bag. Not good. Wondering if we will get a new one if we go back?
I had an employee at this location unload AND load my cart for me! Really great service!
Best Grocery store in the whole of Houston! Love the produce, meats...and the people who work there. So friendly and helpful! Plus, they are always doing something FUN!
