This is a shout out to all the staff at HEB. I have been doing exclusively curbside pick up ever since the pandemic hit and I am so pleased with the service. There have been couple of hiccups in way of wrong charges or wrong items, but they have been fixed immediately without any hassle. I hope all the workers are getting at least the living wage and all safety measures are being provided. Thank you all.
This HEB does the most to protect their staff and customers. Amazing!
The only thing missing at moment is toilet paper, Lysol, and paper towels. Other than that it was smooth sailing grocery shopping.
We just did our grocery shopping andThey are doing a great job, implementing social distancing, mandatory sanitizing on each and everyone who comes in to shop, sanitized shopping cart for the shoppers and continously cleaning and sanitizing areas like freezer doors and shelves, etc.. I think they are doing a fantastic job to lessen up the curve..
They’re doing a great job of handling business in these difficult times!
