The cashier assured me that all of my items were bagged. When I unloaded the groceries, I realized that the eggs were NOT bagged. That is $4.99 plus TAX-plus plus 10 miles there and 10 miles back home. We are talking about the money I am owed, not to mention my time, by the way, is more precious than gold! If the cashiers weren't in such a hurry to hand a receipt and start ringing up the next person before you can get your wallet back in your pocket, then less of this would happen. Horrible service by the cashier named itSandra. she was very arrogantly telling us where we could and couldn't stand in her checkout line even though her and the sacker were both on the other side of the sneeze guard. Then my husband moved forward to pay, still behind the sneeze guard and she became rude with him telling he had to wait till the sacker was finished even though they were far enough away from each other with a sneeze guard between them. placed an order for delivery with the Lake Jackson store that was to be delivered between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. It has not been delivered. I have tried to cal the store. Absolutely no help, kept transferring me to a phone that no one answered. You crooks had no difficulty charging my card, yet refuse to provide the order.
Big shout out to Yesenia at HEB in LJ. As I was checking out earlier I suddenly felt weak, shaky and broke out into a cold sweat. Either my blood pressure or blood sugar had dropped. Yesenia was perfect!! She helped me to my car to make sure I got there. I sat in my car for a good while to see if I'd feel better. After a while there's a tap on my window and it's Yesenia.
