You'll call him for weeks, he'll say "someone showed up and no one was home" while you were there all day (which shows you how he operates now) and if they do come out they'll just try and sell you a new water softener system for several $K regardless of what the problem is. Literally call anyone else first. We only called because we'd used them years ago but now i would recommend people avoid.
