This is a company run by Mark Rueb and Bruce is structural engineer. Be aware these folks take many projects and once taken they do not respond on email OR phone and even after multiple follow-up will not respond. I am still stuck with them on my project where I have paid double the amount and for comments from county they are not responding, everyday I hope they will respond, and it is frustrating.
