We offer heavy duty diesel re-manufacturing business. What we do is we act as a part supplier we are a one stop source for all parts needed to re-build a diesel engine. Absolute scam artist. BUYER BEWARE!! Promised me a C15 long block in 10 business days. Got the run around for 2 1/2 months. Finally received the long block which ended up having an issue. Carl Steven Spencer gave the go ahead to have the problem corrected. Now it turns out he is not standing behind his stated warranty.
