Absolute scam artist. BUYER BEWARE!! Promised me a C15 long block in 10 business days. Got the run around for 2 1/2 months. Finally received the long block which ended up having an issue. Carl Steven Spencer gave the go ahead to have the problem corrected. Now it turns out he is not standing behind his stated warranty.
