After our original installation which was fantastic, we somehow lost control of both remotes and gave up trying to fix it ourselves. Not to worry Charlie to the rescue. He knew right what to do and had us back enjoying or favorite program in a matter of minutes. If you're are looking for superior customer service these guys are top notch...
