We recently had an issue with a leaky roof. I called Henry and he came over just a couple of days later to look at it. He shared an opinion on what the problem was (which turned out to be correct, we had a torn and misplaced roof felt at parts) and made me a price offer to fix it, which I though was absolutely fair. He came over within the timeframe we had set (even a bit earlier) and together with his team they did an excellent job and repaired the roof within a day.
