Came in today after being a previous client and asked just for my split ends to be cut. She showed me maybe 3 inches would be cut off the overall length and I was on board. Much to my surprise, all in all, about 8 inches was taken off the overall length of my hair. It's about 3 inches from my shoulders when I went in with it almost to my waist.
