I went to H and Co to have my very long hair lightened to a medium brown vs the dark brown I had. Karlee did a bleach wash and started in the back of my head, it took her forever, and by the time it was all over and done with, the back of my head was blonde and the front of my hair was a very light red. She washed the bleach out because I told her the back of my head was incredibly hot- That’s how long it sat on there.
