Had them they refused to swap my tank out and called the town on me when I switched to another company

Customer service has gone downhill. I would look into other companies. I think even as you read the "response from owner" section you can see that they can come off as rude/condescending many times. Their prices are high and the service does not justify it. I called around and I was charged a significantly lower rate by another local company than what my spouse's rate was here. Many of the other companies whether national or local were much nicer too as I called around. Couldn't recommend shopping around/avoiding this place ... read more

We are new homeowners in Richmond, RI. Woodmansee has helped us with our propane account, and sent a serviceman to help restart my hot water heater. Everyone has been very professional and pleasant. We are looking forward to great service.

We recently moved into a home that previously used Osterman. The transition from the previous owners to us was seamless and effortless. We would definitely recommend them to others. :)
