Had them they refused to swap my tank out and called the town on me when I switched to another company
Customer service has gone downhill. I would look into other companies. I think even as you read the "response from owner" section you can see that they can come off as rude/condescending many times. Their prices are high and the service does not justify it. I called around and I was charged a significantly lower rate by another local company than what my spouse's rate was here. We are new homeowners in Richmond, RI. Woodmansee has helped us with our propane account, and sent a serviceman to help restart my hot water heater. Everyone has been very professional and pleasant. We are looking forward to great service.
We recently moved into a home that previously used Osterman. The transition from the previous owners to us was seamless and effortless. We would definitely recommend them to others. :)
