Window for arrival was 12-3 (although they initially told us 12-2) so we sat around waiting. At 2:50 pm I received a call that the tech was "grabbing a late lunch and would be there in 30 minutes" (so 20 minutes late). Got a second call, from the technician this time, at 3:20 saying he was finishing up a job and would be here in 45 minutes (so now more than an hour late).
