We called service with a problem and after asking a few quick questions, they knew exactly what the issue was and walked us through how to fix it. Great service and very helpful support. Highly recommend this company!
2025: machines are still poor quality. The brushless blizzard machine has broke twice. It's been shipped back twice for repair. The orange foot pedal is designed terribly and everyone hates it. Bends your foot oddly and isn't ergonomic at all. 2021: Machines are poor quality. Pressure switch and electrical panels always going bad. Petrogel is expensive, $7 each vs $4 or less on Amazon and other suppliers. Guy also said they dont sell Petro gel by the box, but I got 2 half empty boxes.
