As i read the reviews im glad I never got the job as outside sales and repair.. This was maybe 15 years ago. Back then they seemed very unprofessional asking me strange questions and treating me like a kid whit no experience.
Absolute pile of garbage . I have two machines they have been unable to fix them after spending thousands of dollars. The corporate office is zero help . Their distributor network is unprepared and understaffed . They will put your business at risk . I thought electro freeze carried cache but in reality they are a junkmeister operation . Buyer beware
I needed a condenser fan for an old OLD air cooled machine. The part was in stock an at my store within the week.
