Through the years I have had H Bond Construction do repairs on my homes. Major jobs and minor..I have been satisfied with their service. I trust them to do the best job possible.
Since I discovered H. Bond Construction after my pipes burst during the 2021 freeze, he has been the first choice for all my maintenance needs. Howard is honest: he does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and at the price he has quoted. And the job will be done right!
My parents passed away recently. To get their house ready to sell I had a number of discrepancies I planned to fix in groups from big to small. I got bids on the first group from three companies. H Bond’s bid was not the lowest but I chose them for 3 reasons. 1) A neighbor who used them recommended them highly. 2) Their estimator, Spencer, was more professional than folks from the other companies, and 3) Their proposal explained what they would do in detail, showing they understood what had to be done. H. Bond Construction did an amazing job building a screened-in patio on the back of my house. We had several other contractors come out to give us a bid, and they all said it couldn't be done, yet Howard Bond had the vision to make it happen! It was seamlessly put together and once completed, you would have never known that this was an add-on to my existing property. Very impressed.
